Amelia initially trained in Architecture and her First Class BA (Hons) in Architecture was received from The University of Nottingham in 2009.

Amelia has designed a variety of theatre ranging from new writing, devised, touring theatre, immersive, site-specific and theatre for young people. Amelia has worked with a broad range of companies and artists across the UK and internationally including The Royal Exchange, RSC, Paines Plough, Tiata Fahodzi, Young Vic, Bryony Kimmings, The Bush Theatre, Lyric Hammersmith, West Yorkshire Playhouse and Historic Royal Palaces.

Amelia's designs for The Itinerant Music Hall were exhibited in the V&A Museum as part of the MAKE/BELIEVE UK Design for Performance exhibition 2016.
